Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between natural sand and manufactured sand (M-Sand)?

Natural sand is river sand with rounded particles, while M-Sand is artificially produced with angular particles. M-Sand offers better bonding, consistent quality, and is more environmentally sustainable as it reduces river sand mining.

How do you ensure consistent quality in aggregates?

We maintain quality through regular sieve analysis, specific gravity tests, water absorption tests, and crushing value tests. Every batch is tested in our certified laboratory and comes with detailed test certificates.

What is the minimum order quantity for aggregates?

Minimum order is 5 cubic meters for retail customers. For bulk orders (50+ cubic meters), we offer special pricing and dedicated delivery schedules. Mixed aggregate orders are also available for project convenience.

Do you provide custom gradation for specific projects?

Yes, we can provide custom gradation based on your project specifications. Our processing plants can adjust screening parameters to meet specific gradation requirements for specialized applications.

How do you calculate aggregate quantities for concrete?

Aggregate quantity depends on concrete grade and mix design. Generally, for 1 cubic meter of concrete, you need 0.4-0.45 cubic meters of fine aggregate and 0.8-0.85 cubic meters of coarse aggregate. Our technical team can help with precise calculations.

What are the storage requirements for aggregates on-site?

Store aggregates on hard, clean surfaces with proper drainage. Different sizes should be stored separately to prevent segregation. Cover fine aggregates during monsoon to prevent excessive moisture content that can affect concrete quality.
